Join Paralympic Sport Club Boston for wheelchair track training on Saturday mornings this May and June. All ages welcome at any level of experience. Did you see the Boston Marathon and want to give wheelchair racing a try? You don’t have to go 26 miles, just a few laps around the track might be a good place for you to start. For those of you with more experience, there will be more focused distance, speed and technical training available. Come for the coaching and camaraderie in preparation for local, regional and national races on the track and on the road. Please register in advance, especially if you need to borrow a chair. Bring your own helmet. This program is for athletes who are able to push a manual wheelchair and who can follow directions and participate in this training group independently.
